King Ron is a thief who has stolen the deeds to Dillon and Russ's childhood homes and the True Main Antagonist of Dillon's Rolling western. He won't fork them over until Dillon and Russ get enough money to paid him for the ransom of the deeds. In Fort Denial, Mayor Howlihan tells the (undeputized) rangers about King Ron and show them King's Wanted Poster. When encountered, he attacks Dillon using the Mecha-Barrel. After he is defeated, King Ron ends up surrendering the deeds without taking the money.

- King Ron's tie, along with his overall appearance, causes him to resemble Donkey Kong of the Donkey Kong series.
- Russ called him Rin Kong in Dillon's Rolling Western, but he later said the name correctly in Dillon's Rolling Western: The Last Ranger.
