"Psst! Hey, ranger! A ranger who doesn't use a gun. I've heard about you."
-Sal

Sal, the Arms Dealer - also known as Sal, the Weapons Dealer - (in Japanese: キルオ, Kiruo) is a traveling peddler that offers Dillon gear. He can be approached in any saloon when the player wishes to purchase gear. Sal will repeatedly compliment the gear when Dillon practices with some before buying, in an attempt to persuade Dillon to buy the gear. He appears in the credits, giving their supplies to him. Once you earn all 50 stars, he will show Dillon his Grock collection. Sal returns in Dillon's Rolling Western: The Last Ranger, selling gears to Dillon and running the mines know as Treasure Hunts. He is revealed to be multilingual as he spoke to Nomad in his language to let go of Russ. He also reappears in Dillon's Dead-Heat Breakers.
